Boo. Delighted to have this recipe as I’m planning 2 cakes for Emma’s birthday. One 3 and one 0. I was going to make two different cakes. A brownie in one and a simple sponge in the other. What do you think? ( shhhh it’s a secret!)

sounds fantastic! I would do the sponge for the "3" and the brownie for the "0" - but either way, you'll have lots of offcuts as they're not easy numbers to cut!
